STEP BY STEP
OPENING THE CUTICLES
1 • Wash the hair 3 times with deep cleansing shampoo (step 1). Always rubbing it on hair. Pause 20 minutes the last time and check if the cuticles are well open. Rinse and dry the hair 100%
APPLYING THE SMOOTHING THERAPY
1 • Divide the hair into 4 parts. Apply the product throughout the layers.
2 • Start from the nape finishing on the front part. Always use a brush or comb to comb and spread the product from the top to the ends.
3 • Dry the hair starting with cold air, then warm air. Dry it up to 80%. Finalize the drying process with hot air.
SEALING AND ALIGNING THE CUTICLES
1 • Divide the hair into 4 parts. Separate thin layers (1cm each). Start the flat ironing process, flat iron each layer from 15 to 20 times and using a comb to help the process. Start this procedure from the nape and finalize on the front part.
TIPS
TIP 1: To obtain a perfect result, the flat ironing process must be well done from the roots to the ends.
TIP 2: For blond hair, the flatiron temperature should be between 180º a 200º C maximum.
TIP 3: In case of dying or bleaching the hair, it is necessary to have this procedure before the Keratin Smoothing Treatment.
TIP 4: In case of dying the hair in dark colors, the procedure should be after the Keratin Smoothing System. For light colors ( above the tone 8 – light blond) should be dyed before the Keratin Smoothing System.
TIP 5: For hair straightened by chemicals as:
• Thioglycolate of ammonium and Etalonamina: it can be applied on the same day of the Keratin Smoothing System.
• Guanidine and Sodium hydroxide: wait a week, due to scalp sensibility.
WASHING
Wash the hair with a shampoo ph 5 to remove the product excess. Rinse well and apply a conditioner Let Me Be Home Care.
